Welcome to the Arkansas Technical Assistance Support Center
The Arkansas Technical Assistance Support Center (ARTASC) provides training, guidance, and technical assistance to help educators and schools effectively serve students with disabilities. Our mission is to strengthen educational practices across Arkansas so that every student has meaningful access to learning opportunities and the supports needed to succeed.
ARTASC partners with school districts, public charter schools, state agencies, and other stakeholders to provide evidence-based strategies, professional learning, and collaborative problem-solving support. Services are designed to address specific needs while strengthening local capacity and improving outcomes for students with disabilities.
Through this collaborative approach, ARTASC supports continuous improvement across Arkansas’s public education system by helping public schools and public charter schools implement effective practices that promote meaningful access, full participation, and academic success.
