Welcome to the Arkansas Special Education Training Information System (ASTIS). ASTIS is a special education professional development registration website sponsored by IDEA Data & Research at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Upcoming professional development opportunities can be found by clicking on workshops. New opportunities are added as they become available.

Throughout the year, local education agencies (LEAs) can find opportunities on a wide range of topics from the Division of Elementary & Secondary Education’s data reporting requirements to disproportionality. The professional development opportunities are offered via webinars and/or in-person.
